Ingredients Of The DIY Lasagna:
- Preheated oven heated upto a temperature 180 degree celcius
- Cooked vegetables 500 grams
- 2 cups Tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano and basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup refined flour
- 3 cups of milk
- Lasagna sheets
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
How To DIY Vegetable Lasagna At Home:
- Preheat olive oil and saute garlic till it turns golden brown.
- Next, add the tomato puree, salt, pepper, oregano, chilli powder, basil and simmer for a few minutes.
- Now, heat butter and then add milk and bring it to a boil until it reaches a simmer.
- Next, to make the lasagna, mix the vegetables with one and half cup of tomato sauce and two cups of white sauce.
- Spread tomato puree over the base of the dish.
- Next line the dish with a layer of the lasagna strips and add a thin layer of vegetable mixture over it and then add some grated cheese.
- Repeat this process of adding on layers five times.
- Cover the final layer of lasagna with white sauce and then add some tomato sauce over it.
- Spread some cheese and bake it in a pre-heated oven for a minimum period of 25-30 minutes.
